Smothered Chicken

Chicken Breasts | Salt | Pepper Butter | Olive Oil | Onion | Garlic Heavy Cream | Chicken Broth Paprika | Worcestershire Sauce Dry Thyme | Cornstarch

Cut chicken into filets and rub them with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a large skillet, add chicken filets and cook both sides until golden. Remove from the skillet and cover it.


Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté onion 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Stir in cream, broth, paprika, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.

To thicken the sauce, add cornstarch. Then reduce heat and add chicken. Simmer it in the sauce for a couple of minutes with the lid on.

Serve with mashed potatoes! Yummm!!
