Bacon Pancakes are the best breakfast treat. The perfect balance between sweet and savory, each bite of these pancakes is fluffy but has a slight crunch.


Milk | Vanilla | Eggs | Salt Baking Powder | Baking Soda Brown Sugar | Flour Bacon Strips | Butter

Combine milk, vanilla, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar in a blender and pulse until combined. Then, blend in the flour until smooth.


Cook diced bacon in a skillet until it gets brownish and crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, set it aside, and leave the bacon grease in the skillet.

Drop some pancake mixture into the skillet, and top the batter with bacon while it is still runny. Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip gently.

Serve warm with syrup! Yummm!!
