Peach and Mango Salsa
Peach and mango salsa
combines the sweetness of ripe fruit with fresh vegetables and zesty lime to create a vibrant appetizer or condiment.

yellow, ripe and pitted

mango

bell pepper
red, finely chopped

onion

jalapeno
seeded and finely chopped

cilantro

Instructions
Chop mango, peaches, red bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion into small pieces. Chop cilantro.
Combine chopped veggies into a medium-size bowl.
Add lime juice and salt to taste. Stir to mix.
Optional: add a tsp of honey drizzle.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or with grilled fish or chicken.
