Instructions
Prep the chicken: Place the trivet into the inner pot.
Pour in 1 cup of water.
Position the chicken breasts on top of the trivet.
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the chicken.
Set up the Instant Pot: Close the lid securely and turn the vent to sealing.
Pressure cook: Set to high pressure for 11 minutes.
Release pressure: After cooking, carefully do a quick release by turning the valve to venting.
Shred: Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot.
Shred with two forks to your desired texture.
Serve right away or store for later use.
