Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

lb
ground turkey
1/3
heaping cup
black olives, finely chopped
2
large handfuls
baby spinach, finely chopped
1/4
cup
finely chopped roasted red pepper

T
minced dill
1
clove
garlic, minced
1/2
tsp
ground pepper
1
tsp
salt
sliced tomatoes
optional
sliced cucumbers
optional
lettuce
optional
feta cheese
(could also mix 1/3 cup into the patties!)
Tzatziki sauce
optional
sliced red onion

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Heat a large nonstick fry pan with 1 tbsp oil, over Medium High heat.
Once oil is hot, shape mixture into 5 patties (should be packed decently tight to ensure they stay together) immediately add patties to pan.
Cook patties 5 minutes per side or until center reaches 165F.
Assemble burgers and enjoy!
