Instructions
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps keep the grains fluffy.
Add rice and water to the Instant Pot.
Place the lid on, close the sealing valve, and set the pot to the Rice setting for 5 minutes.
Let the rice sit for a 10-minute natural release after cooking. Then, carefully use a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Remove the lid. Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice while the rice is still hot.
