4-6pork chops
2cupsbeef broth
2onions
3garlic cloves
1tspthyme
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
2tbspbutter
1tbspcornstarch
1tspsmoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Grease a 9X13 inch baking dish or something with similar depth. Place the potatoes and onions at the bottom.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, and sear it in butter. Transfer it to the baking dish.
In the same pan with butter, sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the broth mixed with cornstarch and thyme.
Pour the broth over the pork and potatoes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes
Check with a meat thermometer to be sure that your pork chops reach 165℉ Fahrenheit.
