Ingredients
8ozBaconcubed
¼tspSea Salt
¼tspGround Black Pepper
1tspBrown Sugar
1cupMayonnaise
1tspGarlicminced
1tbspLemon Juice
Instructions
Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it’s crispy and golden. Pour off the extra grease, but leave any tasty bits in the pan.
Sprinkle in the brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sugar melts and coats the bacon.
Set aside about 2 tablespoons of bacon for topping. Add the rest to a blender along with the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and any extras you like. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the aioli to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate.
When it’s time to serve, spoon the reserved bacon over the top for extra crunch. It’s perfect with crackers, burgers, or anything that needs a boost of flavor.

Use Freshly Made: Bacon aioli tastes best when fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
