Make your own sweet cinnamon butter recipe for pancakes, muffins, and more.
In a small bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Scoop butter onto a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper (about 10x10 inches). Roll up into a log shape and twist the ends. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 min until butter firms up.
If you prefer you can simply scoop the butter into a bowl, or form into shapes by pressing into silicone molds and chilling, then popping out of the molds before serving.
