Ingredients
  • 2 Cups cooked brown rice
  • ¼ Cup green onion sliced
  • ¼ Cup green pepper onion sliced
  • ¼ Cup red pepper sliced
  • ¼ Cup red cabbage sliced
  • ⅛ Cup parsley
  • ⅛ Cup chives
  • ½ Cup soy sauce or tamari
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Place the rice and all vegetables in the pan.
  3. Stir fry over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir for 2 more minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
  6. Tip: Add some grated ginger to spice things up!
