  • 1 whole wheat pie crust precooked
  • 10 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
  • 3-5 Roma tomatoes sliced about 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Pre-cook the Whole Wheat Pie Crust then raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees.
  2. Once you remove the crust from the oven, fill with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of chopped basil. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes. Make sure to pull it out of the oven as soon as the cheese starts to bubble. Top with remaining basil.
  4. Slice into wedges and serve! Best served warm.
