Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cucumber grated and water removed
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Let tzatziki sauce sit for 15 minutes for flavors to come together.

  3. Taste and adjust lemon, herbs, salt to your personal taste.

  4. Chill until ready to serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
