High protein Meatza dinner
Meatza - Keto Pizza

Meat Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef I used meatloaf mix, but you can also do half ground sausage and half ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • salt/pepper to taste
For Topping:
  • prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 to mato diced or sliced
  • mushrooms sliced
  • olives slices
  • basil
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix meat ingredients in a bowl. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper press and flatten the meat "dough". I make mine about .5 inch thick and make it a little bit large, as the meat will shrink about an inch in diameter once cooked.
  3. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and add your toppings, starting with the pizza sauce. This is the part where you can, of course, be very creative!  Or add your favorite pizza ingredients.
  5. Bake again for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is all melted and gooey.
