Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh ripe or frozen peaches peel peaches if using fresh
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 small finger ginger or to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine peaches and maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Grate ginger directly over peaches. Stir gently to mix.

  2. Allow to cook on low for 20-30 minutes or until peaches are very soft and liquid begins to reduce.

  3. You can break down the peaches with a potato masher or fork if you prefer that consistency but it is not necessary.

  4. Serve warm or cooled. Store remainder in the refrigerator.
