I enjoyed the blog on children and sports. It is on target for explaining the benefits of activity, competition a and teamwork. Your philosophy matches mine with regard to children and activity.

I’m a retired Occupational Therapist and I now write a piece on Substack entitled EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE, discussion with or about everyday people living extraordinary lives.
