Pork Stew


Pork stew is an easy-to-make recipe, featuring savory pork pieces and tender root vegetables in a deliciously rich, herb-infused broth.


Olive Oil | Onion | Carrots | Bacon Pork Shoulder | Salt | Pepper | Garlic Potatoes | Beef Stock | Tomatoes Italian Herbs | Paprika | Flour

Sauté Ingredients

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion and carrots and sauté until soft, then stir in garlic until fragrant. Add cubed pork meat and chopped bacon to sear.

Simmer & Thicken

Stir in all ingredients (except flour), bring to a boil, and cover with a lid. Reduce and let simmer until the meat and potatoes are fork-tender. Add flour and simmer for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

Taste the stew and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more salt, pepper, or other seasonings to suit your preferences.
