Chai Tea Cookies


Chai Tea Cookies are soft and chewy with slightly crispy edges. This recipe for Taylor Swift chai tea cookies has the perfect combination of sugar and spice.


All-Purpose Flour | Baking Soda Salt | Sugar | Brown Sugar | Butter Vanilla | Egg | Cinnamon | Ginger All Spice | Cardamom | Cloves

Mix Ingredients

Cream the butter with the sugars, then mix in the eggs one at a time. Next, add vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients separately, then add them to the creamy mixture.

Chill & Scoop

Cover the bowl in film paper and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Scoop cookie batter into a baking tray, leaving 2 inches between them. Lightly flatten.

Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden. After, let them cool on a cooling rack.
