I haven’t tied with these! But I assume they would freeze just like regular pecan pie! Make sure they are 100% completely cooled. Either wrap tightly in foil or freezer wrap, then add them to a freezer bag. Or double wrap them in plastic freezer wrap first, then foil before putting them in the freezer.
